Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw. Such products and services must be listed and must meet the conditions specified in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as would be allowed when testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

Returning the goods

To return the goods, the buyer can:

-fill out the form that opens via the button "Order withdrawal form" located in the footer of the homepage, entering their name, email address, order number, and optionally a description of the goods. Confirming the form ("Confirm withdrawal") is deemed an official withdrawal statement, and a confirmation will be sent to the email address entered by the buyer;

-or submit a simple written statement of withdrawal from the purchase and send it to the email address info@papermill.coffee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The withdrawal button is available to the buyer in the footer of the homepage throughout the entire 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the product does not match the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within the mentioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement, refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The online store may refuse to issue refunds until the returned goods have been received or until the buyer has provided proof that they have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the additional costs exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
