COFFEE TASTING AND SENSORY TRAINING
During the training, you will gain fundamental knowledge of what sensory analysis is and how to use it to improve the quality of your coffee. You will get practical experience in the basic parameters of sensory evaluation, you will discover the sense of taste and smell, and you will learn to use this experience in selecting and preparing coffee.
Most importantly, you will gain hands-on experience in the key parameters of sensory evaluation, explore your perception of taste and aroma, and learn how to use this experience when choosing and making coffee.
The ticket price includes a 250g coffee pack, with which you can immediately put your newly acquired knowledge into action at home.
